Rigdon Center Roof Restoration and Repairs

The Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, are seeking to restore the roof of the Rigdon Center located at 1958 Lewis Turner Blvd Fort Walton Beach FL 32547. We have several areas of a metal roofing that still needs to be coated with fluid applied waterproofing membrane system with Polyurethane resin coatings. The Rigdon metal roof should be with Synthetic rubber cold applied coating. This coating will be applied to (A) Foyer area totaling 3200sqft. As well as Doolittle (A1 and A2) totaling 17,500sqft and Bowlegs (B) Bathrooms area totaling 1,100sqft. Field measurements are required by contractor prior to submitting quote for accuracy. Prepare Metal Roof Surface by Scraping, Sanding, Wire Brush or Blasting Clean with TSP or Simple Green; Use Portable Blowers to Clear Roof of Moisture; Apply seam sealer to seams Base Coat / Topcoat with Synthetic Rubberized Restorative Coating Following Manufacturer's Specifications Power wash entire roof with 3000 PSI power washer (water to be provided by property) Install seam sealer with no fabric down all laps, seams, and screw heads. Install one layer of CPR Base coat at a rate of 1.5 gallons per square. Install one layer of CPR Topcoat at a rate of 1.5 gallons per square.
