Housing Assessment & Strategy Report

The City of Greer is seeking qualified consultants or firms to conduct a Housing Assessment & Strategy Report. This assessment will guide the City’s housing strategy by evaluating current and future housing needs, affordability, and market dynamics. The final product could inform policymaking, funding decisions, and cross-sector collaboration to address housing challenges across Greer’s diverse population. All work must be conducted with professionalism, data accuracy, and a commitment to City values. The final deliverables must include a professionally formatted written report, a slide deck suitable for public presentations, and a layout for the website. Supporting maps, charts, and infographics should be integrated to illustrate key findings. Any resources or data sources used must be clearly cited and/or referenced.
