Casino Beach Traffic Improvements - Parking Garage Design

The Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County (County) is seeking proposals from highly qualified architectural/engineering firms/teams with expertise and experience in designing and constructing traffic and parking solutions for tourist destinations with limited area to negotiate vehicular traffic and parking. The County requires an architectural/engineering firm/team to provide design concepts for traffic solutions for increased traffic flow onto and off Pensacola Beach and a parking solution(s) to increase parking capacity at Casino Beach (Program). This Request for Letters of Interest (RLI) is being released to invite interested and qualified firms/teams to prepare and submit letters of interest in accordance with instructions provided herein where a successful candidate will be selected to enter in a contractual relationship with the County for the services outlined in this RLI (Agreement). In this RLI, the terms Proposer, Contractor, Respondent, and Provider are used interchangeably unless the context indicates otherwise.
