This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA441826Q0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Railroad Maintenance and Repair Indefinite-delivery Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) This acquisition is set-aside for 8(A) small business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 with a $45 million size standard. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
