The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, Miami Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, (MVAHCS) located at William Bill Kling VA Clinic 9800 W. Commercial Blvd, Sunrise Fl 33351 is looking for certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small business, and/or other than small businesses sources for the following capable of providing the requirement described below. This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Requirement Description: The Contractor shall provide a 3T MRI Trailer, including Board Certified MRI Technologists, on site in accordance with the specifications provided by the VA for beneficiaries of the Miami VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall propose a minimum of three (3) key personnel for credentialing and scheduling. The VA Full Time Equivalency (FTE): FTE is defined by VA as a minimum of 80 hours every two (2) The VA Full Time Equivalency (FTE) is defined as a minimum of 80 hours every two weeks, excluding Federal holidays. A minimum of two (2) Board Certified MRI Technologists must be available, with at least one (1) additional Board Certified MRI Technologist recommended to cover absences. The contractor employees and subcontractors must maintain required licenses, permits, and certifications. Contractor personnel must be proficient in all technical skills required and be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently. The Contractor shall provide verification documents upon request from the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer s Representative (COR), including evidence of ongoing competency, training, education, and explanations for any gaps in professional history. Contractor personnel shall comply with all applicable VA Medical Staff By Laws, Rules, and Regulations. SDVOSB/VOSB Verification Requirement: SDVOSBs and VOSBs must be certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) under the Veterans Certification (VetCert) Program. Certification status must be verifiable through SBA s VetCert system at: https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. Submission Guidance: This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, firms that believe they can meet the Government s requirements are invited to submit a capability statement. Any response must provide clear and convincing evidence demonstrating that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only responses submitted by authorized representatives of the firm will be accepted. Response Deadline Responses are due no later than September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.
