Note: this is amended to add a questions and answers document and extend the response time to August 31, 2026. Acknowledgement of the amendment is required with your quote. See new attachments for more info. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1276 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a fence installation in support of the USDA ARS in Parlier, CA for their leased area from Reedley College. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238990 The small business size standard is $19.0M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The magnitude of construction is between $75,000 and $150,000. Please see the attached documents for information on the madatory site visit and how to respond to the RFQ and what to include for evaluation.
