Intent to Sole Source Announcement Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration VA Maryland Health Care System 10 North Greene Street Baltimore, MD 21201 Subject: Intent to Sole Source Service and Preventive Maintenance Contract for Cytek Amnis Imagestream MKII Flow Cytometer This is a notice of the VA Maryland Health Care System s intent to award a sole source procurement for the Service and Preventive Maintenance of the Cytek Amnis Imagestream MKII Flow Cytometer located in the core laboratory of the Research and Development Service, room 3C-113, Baltimore, MD 21201. The Government intends to award an annual preventive maintenance and service contract to Cytek Biosciences, Inc. (UEI: TD2JM5U24NF8). Cytek is the sole source provider and proprietary vendor for the maintenance and repair of the Cytek Amnis Imagestream MKII Flow Cytometer, serial number ISX507, as confirmed in the attached letter of exclusivity from Cytek Biosciences, Inc. No other organization is authorized to solicit or sell maintenance services for this equipment. Period of Performance: Base year: 9/27/2026 9/26/2027 Option Year 1: 9/27/2027 9/26/2028 Option Year 2: 9/27/2028 9/26/2029 Option Year 3: 9/27/2029 9/26/2030 Option Year 4: 9/27/2030 9/26/2031 Scope: The vendor shall provide annual preventive maintenance service visits to ensure component calibration and optimization by trained and authorized Cytek service technicians for one (1) Cytek Amnis Imagestream MKII Flow Cytometer, serial number ISX507. The service includes all necessary inspections and maintenance to keep the instrument functioning within normal operating parameters.
