Description

On-Site Inscription Services at Fort Jackson National Cemetery - MPS The purpose of this amendment is to address submitted questions. The response due date and time remains 24 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Note: There will not be a SF30 to sign for this amendment. Quoters shall provide a statement of acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Failure to acknowledge all amendments may result in the Interested Quoter being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. Questions and Answers: Q: Is historical annual workload data available for prior performance periods? A: The estimated quantities provided in the Price/Cost Schedule were developed by the Government using information available during acquisition planning and represent the Government's best estimates for this requirement. Offerors shall base their quotations on the estimated quantities provided. Historical workload data will not be released. Q: Is incumbent contractor information releasable? A: Information regarding prior contract awards is publicly available through SAM.gov. Offerors are encouraged to base their quotations on the requirements of the solicitation. Q: Have there been recurring performance challenges or common corrective action items under previous contracts? A: The Government will not provide information regarding the performance of prior contracts or contractors. Offerors shall prepare their quotes based on the requirements of the solicitation. Q: Are there identifiable seasonal periods where inscription volume increases significantly? A: The Government cannot guarantee future workload patterns. Offerors shall prepare their quotations based on the requirements of the solicitation and the estimated quantities provided in the Price/Cost Schedule. Q: Is dedicated on-site storage available for contractor equipment and consumable materials? A: The contractor's on-site inscription operations shall be conducted within the designated area identified in the Statement of Work. Offerors should plan their equipment, storage, and operations accordingly. The contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining all required portable structures, storage, equipment, utilities, and consumable materials necessary to perform the contract. Q: Approximately what percentage of inscriptions historically required correction or rework? A: The Government will not provide historical quality or rework information related to prior contracts or contractors. Offerors shall prepare their quotes based on the requirements of the solicitation.
