THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to stabilize three hundred and ten feet (310’) of streambank along the West River, located in Townshend, VT. This streambank restoration will follow the standard practices in the Vermont Rivers and Roads Field Manual. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
