Cannelton Lock and Dam Lock Interlocks and Dam Encoders Upgrade

The work includes updates to the existing miter gate controls, valve controls, and lock operationsinterlock system to bring system into compliance with current Inland Marine Transportation SystemInterlock Standard, along with the replacement of the existing dam tainter gate height position encodersand associated hardware. Additionally, any and all incidental related work. AMENDMENT 4 IS FORTHCOMING AND WILL EXTEND THE SUBMITTAL DATE TO 7 AUGUST 2025. THIS AMENDMENT WILL ALSO PROVIDE AN UPDATE TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. AMENDMENT 3: 18 July 2025: This Amendment is to add the updated Price Breakout Schedule and to add the updated Wage Rates. AMENDMENT 2: 18 July 2025: This Amendment is to change the NAICS code from 238210 to 237990 AMENDMENT 1: 2 July 2025: This Amendment is to add ProjNet Instructions and Reps & Certs.
