The work includes updates to the existing miter gate controls, valve controls, and lock operationsinterlock system to bring system into compliance with current Inland Marine Transportation SystemInterlock Standard, along with the replacement of the existing dam tainter gate height position encodersand associated hardware. Additionally, any and all incidental related work. AMENDMENT 3: 18 July 2025: This Amendment is to add the updated Price Breakout Schedule and to add the updated Wage Rates.
