(this is NOT a solicitation) This is a notice of intent to award a competitive BPA Call Order against the Forest Service – Region 9 Facilities Blanket Purchase Agreements for Zone 8A & 8B in the Huron-Manistee National Forest.(Only contractors with an active BPA for the respective zone will be eligible for this call order.)
