B145 DCMA Office Space Renovation

The notice constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Solicitation W50S8A-26-Q-A035, to renovate office space in B145 at Pease Air National Guard Base (PEASE ANGB) in Newington, NH. The Government seeks to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-person, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervisors as needed. The anticipated contract duration shall be approximately 90 days. Please refer to the attached specifications and drawings included in this solicitation. Also be sure to review the attached SF1442 for a complete listing of the applicable provisions and clauses. Please note that the Government is setting this requirement as a total 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 236210 (Industrial Building Construction) with a size standard of $45.0M. The associated PSC code is Z2AA. Interested parties shall provide the quotes to the Government by the closing date and time specified in this solicitation and in box 13 of the SF1442. All quotes shall be emailed to the points of contact listed in this posting. This solicitation also constitutes a notice of site visit which the Government will hold on 5 August 2026 at 10:00AM (EST). In accordance with FAR 36.211(b), the following information is provided: (1) The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at FAR 43.204, DFARS 243.204 and AFARS 5143.204. (2) Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available but will be compiled and provided in future announcements. All requests for information (RFIs) are due no later than the date specified in para 4.3 of section 00 21 00 of the SF 1442. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this requirement IAW FAR 52.232-18. Funding shall be made available at the time of award.
