This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-26-Q-BMBAIRCOMPRESSOR. This requirement is for a firm fixed price services contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Solicitation Information Solicitation Number: 70Z028-26-Q-BMBAIRCOMPRESSOR Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside Applicable NAICS Code:8113 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance Size Standard: $12.5 Million Wage determinations: 2015-4543, Rev 35 dated 05/14/2026 Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Services Authority: FAR Part 12 (Commercial Products/Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) Period of Performance: Base Year: 17 August 2026 – 16 August 2027 Option Year 1: 17 August 2027 – 16 August 2028 Option Year 2: 17 August 2028 – 16 August 2029 Performance Location: USCG Base Miami Beach FL, 100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami, FL 33139 Scope of Work: The Contractor shall perform two (2) preventive maintenance service visits annually for each piece of equipment consisting of one (1) Minor Preventive Maintenance Service and one (1) Major Preventive Maintenance Service. When submitting your proposal, request a price breakdown of the following: Two preventative maintenance service visits annually for each piece: One Minor Service and One Major Service. Emergency call pricing: please note if emergency call is included in pricing. If not, please provide pricing. Pricing for each year: Base Year: 17 August 2026 – 16 August 2027 Option Year 1: 17 August 2027 – 16 August 2028 Option Year 2: 17 August 2028 – 16 August 2029 3. Vendor UEI and Cage Number Contract will be awarded to the vendor who can perform the work outlined in the provided Statement of work in the time frame needed by unit.
