Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Network Contracting Office 23 intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), 36C26326Q0197, for a Medical Gases Contract to support multiple locations in the Veterans Integrated Service Network 23. This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the corresponding NAICS Code is 325120. Coming soon, RFQ document 36C26326Q0197 for requirements. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26326Q0197. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. It is in the best interest of the vendor to read the solicitation in its entirety. The supporting documentation required to be completed will be used to determine whether the quote for this requirement meets the scope of the solicitation. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All quotes are to be sent via email to emanuel.nevarez@va.gov. based on the due date stated in Block 8 on page 1 of the solicitation when it is posted.
