Bldg. 1870 HVAC Upgrades and Repairs, WSMR

Repair the current air conditioning system by replacement for building 1870. Replace the evaporative cooler system in the office spaces with refrigerated air. Install new ceilings and lights in the office areas. Remove and install new evaporative coolers for the storage area section and provide proper air pressure relief. Separate the office cooling space from the storage air spa.
