REQUEST FOR INFORMATION THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. Notice of Sources Sought: * ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIEST SERVICES - Twentynine Palms CA 92278. The mission of the Command Religious Program Catholic Priest is to provide comprehensive religious support services for all eligible personnel at Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twenty-nine Palms CA 92278. The reason of this Request For Information (RFI) is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e. Small/Large business, HUBZone, 8(a), etc.). No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $13.0 mil. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is G002. The purpose of this contract is to provide Roman Catholic Priest religious programs for eligible Roman Catholic personnel and their families at MAGTF-TC/MCAGCC, Twentynine Palms CA. These services will be provided in alignment with Catholic doctrine, and military regulations as defined by the Archdiocese for Military Services (AMS). SCOPE: This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for fulfilling the purpose stated above. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to deliver Catholic Pastoral Ministry and Spiritual Services, including a Catholic Religious Education Program, Catholic Sacramental Ministry, and Catholic Pastoral Care, in collaboration with the Religious Ministries Office (RELMIN) and any uniformed priest already assigned to MCAGCC, Twentynine Palms. The Contractor shall deliver all required reports and documentation associated with these services and activities to RELMIN and the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS). .A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested contractors may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received by POC via email no later than Wed 1:00 PM (pst), 29 July 2026.Place of performance: Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twenty-nine Palms CA 92278 Note: In Accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 9.104-1: To be determined responsible, a prospective contractor must- Have adequate financial resources to perform the contract, or the ability to obtain them (see 9.104-3(a)); Be able to comply with the required or proposed delivery or performance schedule, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments; Have a satisfactory performance record (see 9.104-3 (b) and subpart 42.15). A prospective contractor shall not be determined responsible or nonresponsible solely on the basis of a lack of relevant performance history, except as provided in 9.104-2; (d) Have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics (for example, see subpart 42.15); Have the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, and technical skills, or the ability to obtain them (including, as appropriate, such elements as production control procedures, property control systems, quality assurance measures, and safety programs applicable to materials to be produced or services to be performed by the prospective contractor and subcontractors). (See 9.104-3(a).) Have the necessary production, construction, and technical equipment and facilities, or the ability to obtain them (see 9.104-3(a)); and Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations (see also inverted domestic corporation prohibition at 9.108).
