Missouri National Guard Wall Lockers

Description The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Wall Lockers. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government’s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three Wall Locker manufacturers or suppliers. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a presolicitation notice in the GPE according to subpart 5.1. Award Timeline The targeted date for contract award is September 18, 2026. For this notice, a responsible source will be a company who's primary business is the sale or manufacture of metal wall lockers, has a satisfactory past performance, and is a small business. No formal solicitation document will be posted to SAM.gov for this requirement.
