AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this RFQ Amendment 0001 is to: Answer questions recieved in response to the RFQ Update the Statement of Need in response to questions recieved (changes highlighted) Update provision RFO FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES. (NOV 2021) (Deviation JAN 2026) (change highlighted) Update period of performance There are no other changes to the RFQ as a result of this amendment. Please note: A signed SF30 acknowledging this amendment is required for a compliant quote. Amendment Attachments: Question Submission Form for Request for Quote 1305M326Q0142 (Responses) Updated SON BRO Restroom Rental_Redacted ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Restroom rental for staff to use while the plumbing lines are replaced. Current restrooms need to be closed due to pipe damage and deterioration. This requirement is for a professional, climate-controlled trailer unit with two toilet stalls and an onboard water tank. Weekly professional servicing (cleaning, pumping, and restocking) is also required. The portable restrooms will be needed for a base period of six months with an additional option period of 6 more months. Rental will need to begin as soon as possible. Quotes received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Award will be made to the lowest priced offer that is technically acceptable. Details regarding submission instructions and evaluation procedures are found in the solicitation. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base period of six months and one option period of an additional six months. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
