The SoW has two attachments dated August 19, 2026. Attachment 1 is pictures of Truck and Attachment 2 is the Government drawing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
