This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0825, will be issued on or about 07/27/2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VAMC, Richmond, VA has a requirement for boiler deaeration (DA) tank repair for the Boiler Plant at the Richmond VA Medical Center (VAMC). This is a one-time buy. Â This acquisition is small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 Million.
