Description?
Mission Nairobi (managed by the Human Resources Office) requires legal counsel services with an expertise in employment law who is certified to practice in the following countries: Mogadishu, Seychelles, and Kenya. This should be a retainer/ BPA arrangement where we pay for services as they are used, with a minimum one-year commitment. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order/Blanket Purchase agreement (BPA) to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order/BPA based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
