This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911QY26RSETS is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for senior engineering services to develop and deliver world-class leading-edge Military food service equipment systems and technologies to all four Services. This solicitation including any attachments may be downloaded from SAM.gov at website SAM.gov. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The most applicable NAICS code associated with this project is 541330 (Engineering Services). The small business size standard is $25,500,000.00. The most applicable PSC Code associated with this project is R425 (Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical). To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Small Business under NAICS code of 541330 (Engineering Services). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This written solicitation is issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.202(b). A Standard Form 1449 (Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items) will not be used for the issuance of this solicitation; however, the Government anticipates awarding one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract from this solicitation using the SF1449. Please refer to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (included as Attachment 1) and the corrsponding Attachments for a full description of this requirement. Proposals will only be accepted electronically via the email addresses provided above. FAILURE TO SUBMIT A TIMELY PROPOSAL EXACTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN THE OFFEROR’S PROPOSAL BEING REJECTED AS UNACCEPTABLE OR NONCOMPLIANT, AND THEREFORE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD CONSIDERATION.
