This is a fixed-price, competitive procurement. In accordance with FAR 12.301(b), the following is a brief explanation of the award. No other oral or written debriefings will be given. Solicitation provision 52.212-2 provided the evaluation criteria for award. Pursuant to the provision, quotations were evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion. The Government evaluated the quotations submitted against the evaluation criteria of Technical Capability and Price.
