This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential vendors for Integrated Pest Management Services for the VHA Central Western Massachusetts. The applicable NAICS code is 561710. The PSC is S207. The authority for this action is RFO FAR 12.201: Solicitation procedures and fulfills RFO FAR Part 5: Publicizing contract actions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, intends to solicit proposals from contractors to provide Integrated Pest Management Services in support of VHA Central Western Massachusetts. NAICS Code is 561710 with a Small Business Size Standard of $17.5 million. The product/service code is S207. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about 08/18/2026. Proposals will be accepted for at least a one week period commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contracting Opportunities website (beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with RFO FAR 52.204-7, RFO FAR 2.101, and VAAR 802.101, prospective firms must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov), and in VetCert (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov)) databases prior to award.
