This contract provides comprehensive installation-wide grounds maintenance and tree trimming services at the US Army Garrison installation Schofield Barracks and Fort Shafter starting 11 August 2026 to 10 August 2027, one-year base period and four 12-month option periods including a six-month extension if required. Scope Summary: Oahu Ground Maintenance and Tree Trimming. The service is grounds maintenance and tree trimming at various Army installations on Oahu, Hawaii, supporting visual standards for high-profile buildings and safety compliance for fire prevention zones. It includes personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to meet the Common Level of Service requirements. The work will be performed exclusively on Oahu, Hawaii, adhering to local regulations. Unique requirements include compliance with fire safety standards and maintaining high-visibility aesthetics. Revolutionary FAR Overhaul – Source Selection Transparency: In accordance with the modernized transparency and notification procedures of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, this public posting serves as the official public notice of contract award under FAR Subpart 5.3. This competitive 8(a) set-aside award was made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation determined that Hana Enterprises Inc. met or exceeded the baseline acceptability standards for all non-price technical factors outlined in the solicitation and submitted the lowest total evaluated price to the Government. No additional credit was given for exceeding technical requirements. Information for Unsuccessful Offerors: Consistent with rapid-notification protocols and FAR Part 15 procedures, all unsuccessful offerors were notified individually in writing regarding their specific evaluations prior to or concurrent with this SAM.gov publication.
