This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Construction Services. This is a solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO Subpart 12.101, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W50S86-26-B-A004 Issued as a: Invitation for Bid Requirement Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform preventative maintenance and apply pavement markings to base roads and parking lots. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work, the Engineer's Plan set, and all other standards specified in the contract. Set-Aside: This acquisition has been set aside 100% for Small Businesses. Period of Performance: 365 Days after Notice to Proceed Site Visit: An organized site visit for this requirement will occur on 28 July 2026 at 1:30 PM Local time. The site visit will be held at 5884 A Street, Alpena MI, 49707 in the Building 2 (CE) Conference Room. This will be the only site visit. No other site visits will be conducted.
