Please see the updated Evaluation Criteria – attached. Please note: The closing date is correct July 13, 2026 at 2pm EST, The day is imcorrect, it should be Monday and not Thursday. The purpose of this contract is to provide the Centers Support Services. Student enrollment and outcomes for each center are affected by recruitment and attrition rates, labor market conditions, trends in provider burnout and engagement, and other factors. This has led to supply and demand imbalances that are sensitive to subtle shifts in policies and organizational priorities, variability of critical staffing needs across time and geography, and the need for expanded utilization of support services.
