PROJECT NAME: CO ERFO FS SNJUAN 2026-1(1) FALL CREEK ROAD PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The CO ERFO FS SNJUAN 2026-1(1) project is located in Archuleta and Mineral County, CO within the San Juan National Forest. The project sites are generally located approximately 15 miles north of Pagosa Springs, CO in mountainous terrain. This project includes spot repairs at 5 damaged sites. SCOPE OF THE WORK: The proposed improvements include embankment construction and riprap placement, box culvert construction, and bridge abutment scour repairs and protection. PRINCIPAL WORK ITEMS: Description / Unit / Est. Quantity Embankment Construction / CUYD / 4,000 Riprap / CUYD / 2,000 Aggregate / TON / 500 Precast Concrete Box Culvert / LNFT / 70 Grout / CUYD / 50 ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: The anticipated award date is August 2026, with a Notice to Proceed expected shortly thereafter. ESTIMATED COST RANGE: The proposed project is estimated at a cost of between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This will be solicited as a total small business set-aside.
