The Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations (AFMAO) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to acquire a two-day professional workshop on advanced grief and loss care. This training is required for AFMAO personnel. Based on market research conducted, the Government has determined that only one responsible source is available to meet this requirement.
