MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: BETWEEN $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 NAICS: 237990 OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION SIZE STANDARD: $45,000,000 SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONSIDERATIONS: TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Bid Opening: Monday, August 31st, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Bids Due: Friday, August 28th, 2026, at 09:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Will send TEAMs link once BID is submitted. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify bid due date and bid opening date. Due to CMMC access requirements, in order to gain access to this attachment, please verify your organization has a minimum CMMC Level 1 Self verification and submit your CMMC Unique Identifier Number and CAGE Code via email to joseph.b.jarvis@usace.army.mil and cory.r.pfenning@usace.army.mil. We are required to use the new Solicitation Module in PIEE, which feeds directly into SAM.gov. The system is still relatively new and has a few glitches that are being worked out. If unable to access attachments in PIEE, send me an email to joseph.b.jarvis@usace.army.mil. No actual amendment was made to the solicitation document itself. The only change was a text update within the PIEE module. Due to the way the system is configured, it automatically records any update as an amendment, even when the solicitation document itself has not changed.
