The Purpose of this Amendment is to answer a question regarding a class waiver and to update the solicitation which includes the class waiver reference. Question: The Contractor will supply the product of a small business manufacturer or processor, unless a waiver of this requirement has been granted by the SBA? Answer: SBA class waiver for NAICS 334510 (posted in the Federal Register on 12/20/2007 under Register Notice number 72 FedReg 72433) covers both the ultrasound system and the components for the Siemens Ultrasound System fall under medical ultrasound equipment and accessories.
