KC-130J VXP Engine Vibration Accessory Sets

This solicitation is for the competitive procurement of the VXP Engine Vibration Accessory Sets, P/N: 4086AS0215-1 and NSN: 4920-01-727-7637 in support of the KC-130J Program. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a single award, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract. See the attached solicitation and solicitation attachments for further requirements and instructions. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the correspondence submission deadline from 04 March 2026 at 11:00 AM EST to 12 March 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT, and extend the proposal submission deadline from 09 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EST to 17 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the drawing request deadline from 20 February 2026 at 4:00 PM EST to 23 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT, extend the correspondence submission deadline from 12 March 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT to 26 March at 11:00 AM EDT, and extend the proposal submission deadline from 17 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT to 31 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to incorporate language related to the Revolutionary Far Overhaul. All other solicitation terms remain unchanged. Amendment 0004: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to incorporate a question received from industry, and the corresponding Government response. All other solicitation terms remain unchanged.
