SSS Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) Modernization

AMENDMENT 0002 is being posted to make a revision and addition to the pricing sheet at Attachment 3 and add the FAR Provision/Clause in full text 52.204-24 which vendors should fill out as noted in the solicitation and submit with their final quote submissions. Further details are provided in the body of Amendment 0002 which is provided herein. A conformed copy is also provided with this Amendment for continuity. AMENDMENT 0001 is being posted to address Vendor questions with Government responses concerning this requirement. Vendors are encouraged to review the Q&A in its entirety prior to submitting their narratives and quotes. The Selective Service System (SSS) requires a coordinated effort to modernize its Learning Management System (LMS) using Moodle. This agency is posting a requirement to address that effort. Interested and capable vendors are encouraged to review the RFQ and attachments in their entirety for this business opportunity.
