Maintain Exterior Finishes

Description of work: Project titled “Maintain Exterior Finishes” includes constructing, maintaining and repairing the exterior of buildings and structures around Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. Work may include window replacement/installation, exterior painting, masonry repair, soffit and fascia repair, parapet wall repair, siding repair, exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) repair, overhead door replacement, exterior man doors replacement and other work associated with maintenance and repair on the exterior of buildings and structures. NOTE: A site visit will be held on 2 September 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT, please see Section L and M attachment for further details. Questions are due to the points of contact listed in this posting no later than 2:00 PM MDT on 8 September 2026. The resulting contract will be a five (5) year Requirements type contract awarded to one (1) offeror. Please see below solication and attachments for further details.
