Amendment 0006 to Solicitation 36C24126Q0711- Response to Vendor Questions Purpose: The Government has received the following questions: "Would the Government accept manufacturer product literature, specifications, or configuration documentation with the quotation to demonstrate technical compliance, with the complete user manual, service manual, and cleaning instructions provided upon award or with delivery?" Government Response: The service has indicated that providing complete user manuals, service manuals, and cleaning instructions upon delivery is acceptable. 2. Delivery and service scope: Please confirm if warehouse dock delivery only is required, or if onsite assembly, installation, testing, packaging removal, and training are also required . Government Response: warehouse dock delivery only is required YES onsite assembly NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED installation N/A testing N/A packaging removal - NO training N/A Vendors are requested to submit any additional questions as early as possible, and no later than August 19, 2026, to allow adequate time for Government review and response prior to the closing date. Questions submitted close to the closing date may not receive a response before quotations are due. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
