Interoperability & Sync: Secure synchronization with legacy data repositories and warehouses completed within 5 minutes under normal operations. Tactical Asset Inventory: Real-time inventory tracking and logistics management for specialized equipment, vehicles, and assets, including automated maintenance and inspection notifications. Operational Alerts: Real-time notification and emergency alert systems capable of delivering 95% of active operational alerts within 30 seconds, including a silent-setting bypass feature. Mapping, GPS & Video Latency: GPS-enabled mapping featuring satellite imagery, 3D architectural floor plans, real-time location tracking (approx. 5-meter accuracy), and live drone/video feeds maintaining a latency of 2 seconds or less. Personnel & Simulation Tracking: Capabilities for mission simulations, contingency planning, personnel records tracking, and automatic operational roster development updating within 30 seconds. Native Customization & Security Markings: An administrative portal allowing localized configuration control. The software must natively display agency-specific names, official logos, and automatically hardcode specific classification/handling markings (e.g., "Law Enforcement Sensitive") on 100% of core dashboards, login screens, and system-generated forms.
