The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for mortuary services for the embalming, restoration, other preparation, care, and disposition of remains of authorized personnel. This requirement includes: embalming, restoration, other preparation, care, and disposition of remains. provide licensed facilities, equipment, skilled and experienced funeral service practitioners, motor vehicles, professional services, supplies, death certificates, caskets, urns, outer shipping containers, transportation and perform hygienic practices Performance Locations: Beale AFB RESPONSE INFORMATION Interested vendors should email the following information: 1. Company Info: Name, address, POC, phone, email, CAGE, UEI, business size/socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a)). 2. Capabilities: Experience providing mortuary services in accordance with NAICS code 812210 ’ Funeral Homes and Funeral Services (Size Standard: $12.5M). Ability to perform in the specified region. Proof of licensed embalmers and facilities per all federal, state and local regulations. 3. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM): Provide a cost estimate (ROM) for providing these services based on the requirements. The ROM is for informational purposes only and will not bind the respondent to any future pricing. 4. Past Performance: List recent, relevant contracts (past 5 years) with scope, contract value, and customer. 5. Feedback: Suggestions or challenges regarding the draft requirements (if applicable).
