The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Maintenance Garage Renovation, Birch Hill Dam, Royalston, MA. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the Birch Hill Dam’s maintenance garage including the installation of a heating unit with associated duct work, insulation, paneling and electric outlets.
