Description?
DOE seeks input on critical basic research challenges, bottlenecks, and missing capabilities needed to transition from descriptive biology to predictive biosystems design. This RFI solicits perspectives on advancing foundational science across biomolecules, cells, microbiomes, and plants to accelerate the production of bio-advantaged fuels, chemicals, and materials.
