Solicitation Issue date is on or around 7/16/2026, with the Response date on or around 8/6/2026. The response date is estimated. This DLA Weapons Support (Columbus) acquisition is for the establishment of a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), utilizing simplified commercial procedures IAW FAR 12.201-1. Contract length will include one (1) three-year base period and two (2) one-year option years for a total potential contract length of five (5) years. Option periods will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five (5) years. This acquisition includes NSN 6135-014612915. The solicitation will be issued as a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition, IAW FAR 19.104-1. Solicitation will include the following: NSN 6135-014612915 NONRECHARGEABLE BATTERY POWER SUPPLY Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ): 525 Unit of Issue – Each North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) – 335910 NAICS Business Size Standard – 1,250 The acquisition is restricted to the following source of supply, which is the only source known to have the capability of furnishing the required supplies and the only source currently approved by the design control activity: Source: ACR ELECTRONICS, INC. (18560) P/N: 452-0133 The items under this acquisition are subject to the Buy American Act. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Past Performance, and Proposed Delivery. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Note: The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. During the on-line auction, offerors' proposed prices will be publicly disclosed to other offerors and anyone else having access to the on-line auction. This public disclosure is anonymous, meaning that each offeror's identity will be concealed from other offerors (although it will be known to the Government), and only generic identifiers will be used publicly for each offeror's proposed pricing (e.g., "Offeror A").
