WWYK250096 - Repair Stormwater Spill Gate 11 Structure

The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair of the concrete spill gate structure (Spill Gate 11 / Outfall 9) to reestablish the existing channel flow that conveys stormwater upstream from within TAFB outside the perimeter fence via Solider Creek at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (reference the project drawings for additional location information). IAW FAR 36.204(f) THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN Magnitude of Construction: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 IAW FAR 52.232-18 and AFFARS MP 5332.7 - Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
