How to win WOSB set-aside contracts
Who qualifies. Small businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens; EDWOSB adds SBA economic-disadvantage limits.
How to bid. Get WOSB or EDWOSB certified through the SBA or an SBA-approved third-party certifier, then register in SAM.gov.
EDWOSB is a subset of WOSB whose owners also meet SBA economic-disadvantage limits; it is eligible for EDWOSB-specific set-asides.
Yes — self-certification ended; you must be certified by the SBA or an approved third-party certifier to win WOSB/EDWOSB set-asides.
