Z--Drainage Pipe Replacement Project at Alchesay NFH

This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, The Alchesay National Fish Hatchery must replace approximately 305 linear feet of 30¿ PVC pipe. Additionally, two sections of existing pipe are to be video scoped, one section is approximately 200 linear feet while the other is approximately 225 linear feet. This project will take place in Whiteriver, AZ (Navajo County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and Award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation. The complete Solicitation will be posted to www.sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. The NAICS code is 237110 - Water and Sewer Line Related Structures Construction and the size standard is $45 million. The project magnitude is less than $350K. A site visit will be scheduled for August 19th, 2026 at 10AM local time. More details are to come in the solicitation which will be posted on or around August 12th.
