DOI Wellness Center Operations

Title: DOI Udall Wellness Center Operations for the Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of Facilities and Administrative Services (OFAS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation number is 140D0426Q0355. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Quotes are due by 11AM, Eastern Time, on Friday, May 8, 2026. Quotes shall be submitted to the CO via email, Nick Lewicki, at Nicholas_lewicki@ibc.doi.gov. The associated The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621999 All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services with a size standard of $20.5M.
