Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at CSL Comalapa, El Salvador

Construct maintenance hangar at CSL Comalapa, El Salvador. The project will include construction of a single bay 2800 m2 aircraft maintenance hangar capable of supporting C-130 or P-8 aircraft. The hangar will include both a small admin space and material and tool storage spaces. Additional parking apron space is included to accommodate temporary parking of aircraft awaiting maintenance and provide swing space for the existing apron. Offerors are hereby advised that all references to the FAR and DFARS within this solicitation pertain to the new Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide). While much of the verbiage has remained consistent with the previous version of the FAR and DFARS, there are notable differences.
