REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) TO AWARD A SINGLE FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL, TO PROVIDE ALL PLANT, LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONSTRUCT A F-16 MTC FACILITY AT THE 177TH FIGHTER WING IN EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ. THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220, WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION OVER $10,000,000. 24 June 2026 update: This update is to include the latest RFI Log for questions answered to date. 23 June 2026 update: This update is to include the following 1) RFI Log for questions answered to date. 2) Pre-proposal Conference Presentation 3) Pre-proposal Conference Sign-in sheet 26 June 2026: The solicitation has been amended to extend the due date to 17 July 2026 at 1pm local time. Contractors shall submit a signed copy of the SF30 Amendment document with the proposals.
