To provide RRC Services located within the city of Williamsport, the boroughs of South Williamsport, Duboistown, Jersey Shore, Montoursville, Muncy, Hughesville, and Montgomery, or the townships of Muncy, Woodward, Piatt, Loyalsock, and Old Lycoming, including Garden View and Grimesville, Pennsylvania with Home Confinement Placement services within 150 miles of the RRC facility. Incorporate Amendment 001 Incorporate Amendment 002-Updated Subcontracting Plan Incorporate Amendment 003-Extend the proposal due date to October 1, 2026 at 2:00pm ET.
