This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Brand Name OR Equal requirement. Salient Characteristics of the offered item shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics of Metal Pless Snowplows. See the attached Salient Characteristics for more information.
