Solicitation number 1240LQ26Q0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Sulphur Ranger District Water Augmentation Services. Contractor will provide technical expertise to complete the necessary analyses for the Substitute Water Supply Plans (SWSP), Plan of Augmentation, draft decree, or engineering reports that would be required for filing with Colorado Water Court.
